After almost 50 years serving the local community, LJ Hooker Cabramatta has a sparkling new office to maintain and enhance the premium service levels offered by the leadership duo Licensee Ann Dam and Director Vincent Zhang.
LJ Hooker Group CEO Christine Mikhael officially opened the new location at a gala event attended by Federal Member for Fowler Dai Le MP, State Member for Cabramatta Tri Vo MP and councillors from both Fairfield and Parramatta Council.
Located at Shop 7, 2 Hughes Street, Cabramatta, this new office opens onto the bustling Cabramatta business district, which is famous for its culturally significant collection of restaurants, retail outlets and community centres.
“LJ Hooker has had a presence in Cabramatta since 1976 and we’re proud to continue that tradition,” said Vincent Zhang. “Ann and I have deep roots in the area and we are looking forward to a strong future and building something special for LJ Hooker in Cabramatta.”
Christine Mikhael congratulated Ann and Vincent on their new office, which is the latest in a series of growth events for the 97-year-old real estate brand.
“This week’s opening of the new LJ Hooker Cabramatta office location was a milestone and a moment to celebrate nearly 50 years of dedication, connection and cultural pride,” Christine said.
“Ann Dam, Vincent Zhang and the LJ Hooker Cabramatta team have built a business centred around loyalty, service and community. That was reflected in every handshake, every warm welcome, and the turnout of dignitaries, leaders and long-time supporters.”
LJ Hooker has been on a growth drive in recent months, opening eight new offices across three states and two countries, alongside securing franchise renewals from some of its most successful existing operators.
“We’re proud to contribute to this growth,” Vincent said. “Our gala opening was a wonderful occasion but now the hard work begins!”
LJ Hooker first opened a Cabramatta office in 1976. The current owners purchased the franchise in 2024 from proprietors who had held the franchise since 2001.
