LJ Hooker Delivers Over 2,500 Leads to Its National Network
Since commencing its ‘spruce up spring’ campaign on 1 September, LJ Hooker has delivered more than 2,500 leads to its national network, with a potential pipeline of $8.25 million* in GCI.
Within the first month, sales leads generated by LJ Hooker for its national network increased by 222 per cent, with approximately 80 per cent of offices receiving at least one lead.
Graeme Hyde, LJ Hooker Network Chief, said: “We understand how challenging it can be for agents to find new prospects, so as a brand we strategically invest to cut through the noise on digital channels and to keep our brand and agents top of mind in local markets, and, at the right time, to deliver them quality, long-term leads.
“The results prove our spring campaign is being well received by consumers and delivering outstanding results during a competitive selling season.
“September and October were record months for us in sales because we propelled into action following an uncertain period. We also embraced the ‘new normal’ and benefits of going digital, with 22 per cent of consumers opting for virtual appraisals – the majority coming from Victoria as expected.
“To date, the campaign, supported by our digital lead generation strategy, has delivered more than 2,500 leads that our agents have converted into hundreds of listings.
“It just goes to show the active role corporates can play in lead generation and sales support for their network.”
LJ Hooker Bunbury principal Brent Spooner said: “For us, it’s a busy time for appraisals and the campaign has resulted in a lot more interest from potential sellers. We are experiencing a surge of genuine buyers with cash or pre-approved finances, so properties that are fairly priced are selling quickly.
“The campaign is resonating well with consumers and is helping us get our agents in front of more people to form connections. Even if those connections don’t pay off immediately in the next month or so, there are positive signs that, with the right nurturing, they will result in listings within 12 months. Essentially, we are creating a solid database of potential sellers.
“It's vital for corporates to give their offices a push to succeed. Everyone has their standard practises in place, but not everyone will push hard the same way they do when there is a competition in place or additional promotional spend by corporates.”
The national three-month campaign is based on a spring season giveaway offering homeowners the chance to win a share of $17,500 in home renovation vouchers by receiving a property appraisal from their local LJ Hooker agent.
