LJ Hooker has strengthened its presence on the Gold Coast with the opening of its new Mudgeeraba office.
Local agent Roelien Powell will lead the new venture, branching out from LJ Hooker Nerang, where she spent the past five years helping sellers throughout the Gold Coast Hinterland.
Mrs Powell intends to leverage the relationships she’s established with agents and property managers within LJ Hooker to deliver a new level of full-service real estate through the lifestyle catchment including Bonogin; Springbrook; Tallai; and Worongary, which is being transformed through the SkyRidge master planned community.
“Mudgeeraba and the surrounding suburbs offer a wide choice of lifestyle options, which is why it’s so popular among a diverse demographic,” said Mrs Powell, whose real estate career spans the US and South Africa.
