LJ Hooker Welcomes New Leaders in the Gold Coast’s North
Leading sales team Adam and Jacqueline Hope have become the new owners of LJ Hooker’s Pacific Pines and Helensvale offices, furthering their commitment to outstanding real estate service in the Gold Coast’s north.
The husband and wife team – Adam was previously Sales Manager with Jacqueline his Sales Associate – will lead the offices into their next chapter, continuing the market profile and results established by former Principal Pascal Pierre. Mr Pierre, who helmed the businesses for a decade, will continue in a sales role across the businesses.
Mr Hope said he was excited to embark on the journey leading the LJ Hooker brand in the Pacific Pines to Helensvale corridor, which enjoyed a trusted reputation in the local marketplace.
“Jacqueline and I know the team, the marketplace and what makes the Pacific Pines to Helensvale corridor an amazing place to live,” he said.
“We have an exceptional team of sales agents which has a proven record of premium sales results and property management specialists who add peace of mind and true value to investors’ assets.”
Pacific Pines’ median house price has held steady in the wake of interest rate rises, recording $845,000 for the last 12 months. Prices have stabilised after increasing more than 51% over the last three years.
Helensvale has shown similar resilience, holding its house value over the last year for a median of $1.02m. It follows on from a similar period of growth where homeowners enjoyed gains of 48%.
LJ Hooker Queensland State Manager Chris Keating welcomed the Hopes to the business network.
“Adam and Jacqueline have been wonderful representatives of LJ Hooker as a dynamic sales team in the area and we’re excited that they’ve decided to extend their relationship with the brand,” said Mr Keating.
“They have the respect of the market and the office and are passionate about building on the market share LJ Hooker already enjoys in the suburbs.”
