LJ Hooker Penrith is delighted to announce the promotion of Melissa Jerzyna to Director. Melissa's journey within the company and her outstanding leadership qualities have made her an invaluable part of the team.

LJ Hooker Penrith, established in 1994, has consistently ranked among the top property management offices in LJ Hooker’s New South Wales network. Melissa's dedication and hard work have been instrumental in maintaining this standard of excellence.

Business owner Pete Stanford expressed his admiration for Melissa, stating, "I can't sing her praises highly enough. She is the perfect fit and the team looks up to her."

Melissa's career began in 2001, starting in reception at another office in Mulgoa, soon after leaving high school. She transitioned to work in strata before joining LJ Hooker Penrith in March 2011 as a Senior Property Manager.

Her hard work, determination and loyalty to the business, coupled with career mentorship from Pete and Kerrie Stanford, have been crucial. Melissa believes that without good leaders, the business wouldn't have succeeded.

Melissa enjoys the autonomy to run the property management business, implementing effective strategies and providing advice and training to the property managers in the office. She also dedicates time to the larger LJ Hooker network, participating in panels and fielding calls from other agents to share knowledge.

Emphasising the importance of having a strong franchisor like LJ Hooker behind you, Melissa said, "Being part of an iconic brand helps you succeed, and knowing they are here to help has helped our business grow. On that note, I’m looking forward to recruiting new staff for some exciting property management and sales roles!”
